It’s your surroundings. Surround your self with short people. Sarkozy does this even with his bodyguards, all of them have to be a specific height, so he appears taller.
The way you can do it is by moving to a country where the average human height is close to yours or lower. You could try Indonesia, for example. The average male height there is only 5 feet 2 inches (1.580 m) and the average female height is 4 feet 10 inches (1.470 m). Close come India and Philippines.
The “shortest” English speaking country is U.S., so if you are from States and are feeling a little bit too short, you should look into learning a new language, maybe Spanish and move to Mexico, which also is one of the “short” countries.
If you want a more developed country, try Japan! It’s a great country and people who know English can work as English teachers there.
If you do not think moving out of a country is a good idea, just try some programs for growing taller and exercises and you will surely get additional inches!
