Why do people want to be taller? If you are short it is going to cause a lot of problems for you in your private life and in your career.

Being short or below average height can have a big impact on your life. It can affect you at work and at home. If you are man or a woman it can dent your confidence by having to look up to other people all the time. Women find that men who are taller have a certain something extra and the same goes for men with taller women. You are probably thinking "Is there a pill or something that I can take?" They have pills for just about everything else. The answer to this my friend is NO there isn’t any magical pill that will make you grow tall. But wouldn’t be nice if there were? Also you have to look at your genetic history and make up of your family as well. Some people have medical conditions that won’t allow them to grow or stunt their growth. 

Is there a surgery I hear you ask? Probably, but why waste your money on some expensive surgery. OK, so what about trying HGH injections? Well, Human Growth Hormone injections are expensive as well. And also, why put yourself through that? Your body already carries enough HGH that is needed to get you to grow taller. 

Now if you like doing exercises on a regular basis, maybe take up swimming. This is a good exercise for assisting you to grow taller, stronger, as well as widening the chest. It is good for your health, and is a good slimming exercise as well. 

In conclusion, don’t try looking for the quick fix to get you to grow taller fast, because there really isn’t one. You can increase your chances of growth while you are still young by partaking in certain exercises, sport, eating right and getting enough rest. When my wife Laura approached me with new found, growing taller secrets, I was skeptical to say the least. Always ultra petitie, (under 5 feet), it had been a dream of Laura’s to get taller. I was immediately absorbed by the book\’s content, after all, I\’d only been waiting to read it for just over twenty years. I literally couldn\’t put it down once I started to read it. So was it any good? More to the point, do the exercises make you grow taller? Yes the content is very well written and is a really good read. Did the exercises actually make grow at all? Of course not! Having reached middle age, is mother nature really going to change her mind and decide its time for me to grow a few more inches? I doubt it, however many stretching exercises I do! So no, I did not \”grow\” taller. But don\’t stop reading now that you have come this far! This is not the end of the story. When my height is measured today, thanks to the exercises, I am actually, just over an inch taller, and I expect to add a couple more inches over the next few months.
