Growing taller is a process that one must go through. If you are young then you need time for your bones to develop and because they are still expanding, you don’t want to comprise the health of your bones by trying some fast way around.
But there are some techniques; or rather some stretching exercises that may give you the appearance of looking taller and could possibly produce an immediate result. Immediate – meaning within a few weeks or even months.
In order for these to work, you have to be willing to stay focused on what you are attempting to achieve. These exercises need to be performed every day, up to twice a day and as much as 6 days a week. But the good thing about these stretching exercises is that it won’t take up a lot of your time as most stretches should not take more than 30 seconds. So the question is can you spare 2-3 minutes a day?
You can try some tricks to make you look like you have grown taller fast.. Some of those tricks involve wearing shoe lifts or wearing clothing that has to ability to give you the reflection of appearing taller. Just by standing up straight could assist you to grow taller fast!
You are probably thinking “Is there a pill or something that I can take?” They have pills for just about everything else. The answer to this my friend is NO there isn’t any magical pill that will make you grow tall. But wouldn’t be nice if there were? Also you have to look at your genetic history and make up of your family as well. Some people have medical conditions that won’t allow them to grow or stunt their growth.
Is there a surgery I hear you ask? Probably, but why waste your money on some expensive surgery. OK, so what about trying HGH injections? Well, Human Growth Hormone injections are expensive as well. And also, why put yourself through that? Your body already carries enough HGH that is needed to get you to grow taller.
Now if you like doing exercises on a regular basis, maybe take up swimming. This is a good exercise for assisting you to grow taller, stronger, as well as widening the chest. It is good for your health, and is a good slimming exercise as well.
In conclusion, don’t try looking for the quick fix to get you to grow taller fast, because there really isn’t one. You can increase your chances of growth while you are still young by partaking in certain exercises, sport, eating right and getting enough rest. For the adults, stretches to align the spine are the best way to assist you in growing taller fast.
