Hanging is one of the basic grow taller exercises you can do to benefit your height increase. While it is not necessarily a way how to grow taller it is a way of increasing height and physically getting taller.
Why does it work and how does it work?
During the day your body compresses and becomes shorter. You can check this by measuring your height in the morning and in the evening. Usually your body will be taller in the morning. You see, while you lie in the bed the gravity is applied horizontally to your body and it gets pushed down in the bed. However, during the day since your body is vertical it gets pulled down vertically thus compressing your spine and shortening you up to a few centimeters.
