Grow Taller Secrets Review

Grow Taller Secrets ebook (CLICK HERE!) came out only recently and I read it a few weeks ago. Overall my impressions are positive but there are some minor cons I would like to point out.

First of all, on the main page, it is pointed out that hypnosis doesn’t work when growing taller is in question. However, I have encountered several people telling me that hypnosis has indeed worked for them. I can’t prove that it was hypnosis that made them grow taller, but this issue should not be excluded categorically just like that.

Now speaking about the positive – I was delighted to see that the book was really big. At least 100 pages to be exact. It described grow taller methods and techniques in great detail and has lots of pictures to illustrate the exercises written in the book. There is lots of information about the correct diet, lifestyle habits and exercises one should take in order to grow taller.

Personally speaking, I haven’t tried the routines myself since I myself worked with the routines prescribed in the Grow Taller 4 Idiots book. However, I have inquired different people who used the program and their feedback was mostly positive. A 23 year old gentleman claimed to have grown 1.7 inches after month and a half. A 18 year old lady said she had grown around 2 inches after 3 months of steady exercise routine by the book. An older man told he had increased his height by 1 inch in first few weeks. This was quite shocking because I usually it takes a lot longer than that. There were more positive reports but I won’t list them all here. There were also negative reports. Some people claimed to have increased their height only by a tiny bit, not even an inch, so I guess it works different for everyone.

While the book might not be the best, it is definitely very useful and has proven to work, so if you are serious about growing taller, you should give it a chance.
