Height Increase Stretching Exercises (Preliminary)
1. The simplest of all is stretching and twisting your body to the limits. Before you get up in the morning stretch your body as far as it can go. Stretching your arms, legs and body will wake up all the muscles relieve the pressure from your spine.
2. Head rotation. Sit on top of your bed and try to touch your chin as close as possible to your chest. Perform a slow head rotation by going as far to the left, back, to the right and then back to your starting position. Do this several times then go on the opposite direction. This will help you loosen your neck joints.
3. Another simple stretching to increase height that you can do before getting up in bed is the 60 second bicycle ride in the air. You do this by lifting your lower, straighten your legs, get some balance then do a pedaling motion with your legs up in the air.
