How to grow taller naturally with the right diet.

How to grow taller naturallyEver wondered why sometimes tall parents have shorter children? I believe this is the classic case of nature vs nurture. Sure, you are given the “height genes” from your parents, but if you are not nurtured in the right way – via exercises, diet and lifestyle.

Each of us have a certain “cap”, how tall we can grow naturally, however most of the time this cap is never reached due to lack of correct nurture.

In this post we are going to discuss the importance of diet in relation to growing taller and what you should do to maximize your natural growth potential!

First of all, bear in mind that healthy diet habits will not only help you grow taller, but stronger and more healthier as well. A good diet can help a person lose weight, get fit and build muscle if accompanied with workout sessions.

Some of the most important foods that you consider implementing in your daily diet to grow taller naturally are: whey protein, yoghurt, cheese, boiled chicken, milk, kefir, etc…Consume foods that are rich in calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and have a high protein and carbohydrate level.

Important note for parents: if you are vegans/vegeterians, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT force this lifestyle on your children at least until they stop growing. Why is this so important? Meat contains tons of required nutriments that benefit growth. It’s very important for kids and teenagers to consume meat products – in moderation, of course. It is technically possible to substitute meat with other products, but it is very hard and very expensive.

The moral of the story is – if you want to grow taller naturally, eat a lot of different, balanced foods and keep your body healthy! The right diet should be accompanied with the exercise plan that you can download below.

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that my younger son is now 13 years old and he is a student of class v1 in Bangladesh. But, unfortunately his height is only 4 feet and 7 inches and there is no significant growth of him in the last 2/3 years. Therefore, we are very worried about his height. If there is any pragmatic and scientific solution to be taller, please let me know the ways.

Thanking you, your early response in this regard will highly be appriciated.
