How to look taller with an implant

How to look taller with implantSimilar to the leg lengthening surgery, there is a surgery that will lengthen your head. It’s actually a pretty smart way to subtly increase your height. The surgery is performed by inserting a silicon implant under your scalp. As you see in the picture, this can add you additional one or two inches. This method was developed by a Spanish surgeon Dr Luis de la Cruz. Originally it was intended for people who apply for minimum height jobs (military, models, hostesses, etc…).

The surgery is performed by a local anesthetic and takes about 90 minutes. Although the surgery is relatively simple, it’s quite expensive. It costs at least 4 thousand dollars to perform. The surgery can give you 1 or 2 inches of additional height. The 2 inch surgery requires 2 operations, one to stretch the scalp. The Clinica La Luz in Madrid is thought to be the only place in the world where the operation is performed. But people with long, thin heads are advised against the surgery as the result can look odd. I would also think you should avoid this surgery if you are balding or are bald since the implant and scar is covered by hair.

The biggest drawback of this surgery is the fact that while it technically makes you taller, it won’t make you functionally taller. You still won’t be able to reach higher and your eye level will be the same. I think this surgery is similar to cheating with a high haircut.  You should take a good long thought before doing this, maybe a haircut change would suit better and cost less than 4000 dollars.
