I’ve got great news for you all today. A few months ago I stumbled upon something quite peculiar – a new book on growing taller. Being really interested in any new findings in the height increase field I decided to give it a go. I bought the book and read it. It seemed really interesting at first. There were lots of new exercises, nutrition tips and some things I have never read about before that claimed will help one grow taller. But does it actually work? Well, read on to find out.
I decided to do a case study on the tips from the book, especially the ones I haven’t tried before. But since I have already been doing lots of grow taller exercises and have almost maximized my growth potential, I didn’t have much hope in increasing height myself. So what I did was gave the Grow Taller Book to a few of my friends and colleagues. I recommended them to try out the program mentioned in the book for 2 months and see if they get any results. The people I gave the program to where the following:
– a 16 year old guy (5’6″ 167 cm’)
– a 17 year old girl (5’4” or 162 cm)
– 22 year old guy (6 feet or 182 cm)
– 22 year old girl (5’5″or 165 cm)
– 27 year old man (5’10” or 178 cm)
– 30 year old woman (5’7″ or 170 cm)
As you see I chose different age groups and genders so we can clearly see how the program affects all kinds of people. I understand that the author may be a bit mad at me for giving the book away, but I had to test if this is a legit program or just another sham. The results were actually very surprising.
After doing ALL of the grow taller routines mentioned in the book for 2 consecutive months, the aforementioned people had increased their height as followed:
– a 16 year old guy (5’8″ 172 cm’)
– a 17 year old girl (5’6” or 168 cm)
– 22 year old guy (6’1” feet or 185 cm)
– 22 year old girl (5’6″or 168 cm)
– 27 year old man (6′ or 182 cm)
– 30 year old woman (5’9″ or 175 cm)
As for myself I carefully followed the program and noticed a slight gain in height. Around two thirds of an inch to be exact. It’s not much but it’s something for someone who has been doing every possible program to gain height for years.
You can clearly see that all of the people who did the program for only 2 months gained a significant amount of height. Sure, gaining 4 inches in such a short period of time is not likely, but can you increase your height with the routines mentioned in the Grow Taller Book? Definitely! And can you go beyond this limits? I would dare to say yes if you keep following the program for more than 2 months.
To this point I believed that Grow Taller 4 Idiots was the best growing taller program available online. But not anymore. While Grow Taller 4 Idiots does work on most people, it doesn’t work on everyone and I’ve heard mixed views on it. However, from the above mentioned experiment you can clearly see that out of 5 people who tried the program mentioned in the Grow Taller Book, it helped them grow taller starting from an inch to two inches in a period of 2 months. I think this is good enough motivation for anyone who isn’t satisfied with his/her height to try this program . You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. You don’t even have to buy the book. Just go to their website and subscribe to their free magazine. You will find out lots of new useful stuff that you probably never even thought about related to growing taller.
