The answer is short – yes you can. Some might be surprised with this but actually smoking is not a magical force field that will prevent you from growing. You certainly can grow taller and smoke at the same time. The real question is – can you reach your maximum genetic growth potential while smoking?
Well, it depends. There have been studies that confirm the negative effects of smoking which include a higher possibility for young smokers more likely to grow up shorter. But what if you think you are already pass your puberty and stopped growing?
The thing is – if you want to use grow taller programs, exercises and diet in order to grow taller, your body will need nutriments and energy for height increase. The same energy your body uses when you are growing as a teen. So if smoking deters growing in teenagers, it will also harm your growth possibilities.
However, don’t misunderstand me – if you are of a certain height already and decide to start smoking, it will probably not make you shorter, you will stay the same height, only get weaker and sicker. So decide if smoking really is a habit you want to keep or take up.
