Today I wanted to post another great exercise to make you taller. This is a very simple stretching exercise that will help you grow taller or at least stretch yourself taller in the long run. I recommend doing this stretching exercise for 5 minutes in the morning accompanied with other stretching exercises and 5 minutes in the evening.
As you can see in the picture the exercise is fairly simple. Just stand straight to the wall and put on of your hands straight above your head as far as possible. Feel your back stretching and straightening. Do this for 10 seconds or so and then rest a few seconds and do it with the other hand as well. After you have done this exercise with both hands, stretch both of them together as far as possible and get on your toes. Try to imagine that you can to reach the ceiling without jumping. This is easier when done against a wall since of balance issues.
This is similar to the hanging exercise but done without a hanging bar. You don’t need to do it much but it’s good for straightening the spine and improving posture as well. Sometimes after you wake up in the morning or have been sitting at your desk for all day, you get a little hunch back and this exercise will let you straighten it thus improving your posture and helping you become at least a tiny bit taller.
Remember though that this is only one of the many exercises you can do to make yourself grow taller or at least stretch your body a bit taller. It won’t give you a lot of height bonus but will definitely improve your posture and health.
