A hand-picked group of ‘bone scientists’ have quietly been working on discovering what stops people from growing taller. Now they are ready to go public with their results.
If you are in search of ways that will increase height and you’re still in the growing process, did you know that there are many kinds of things that you can do to help this process come along faster?
The first that I’m going to talk to you about is your diet. Your diet is a very important thing here that plays a major role in you growing taller.
If you eat foods that are filled with protein, amino acids, calcium, and calories, then you will give your body the kind of energy and nutrients that it it’s screaming for to grow and rejuvenate itself. It will also play a major role when you start exercising to increase height.
Let’s talk about the various scams that are swimming out here in the world that make the bold-face lie that you can do some basic exercises that will increase height once your body is done with the growing process.
Don’t even listen to them because these are not effective ways to increase height. I can tell you that unless you go under surgery and the knife, as the saying goes, you can can not lengthen your bones the minute they stop growing on their own.
Now, you may be wondering why this is so? Well, it’s a good thing to take a look at the WHY we grow in the first place. At the point of our birth, much of our bones is consisting of cartilage that is flexible.
As we grow, much of this cartilage fuses together and it forms solid bone. During our teenage years, we have growth plates located on the ends of long bones that lengthens on a gradual basis.
Eventually, what you find is this: the growth plates don’t grow anymore the moment we hit the end of the puberty stage. Even if you were to try hormone treatments or vitamin supplements, it would not make it grow again.
That being said, when you are young and you commit yourself to a regular exercise routine, you can actually speed up your growth process while promoting healthy bones long into your life.
If good habits are kept up, such as a healthy diet and regular exercise, you will find that it is possible keep away diseases that weaken the bone as well as the shrinking that takes place during old age.
The other benefit to implementing an exercise routine to increase height when you are young is this: it releases height growth hormones, which speeds up the growth process.
I bet you’d like to know what those exercises are, right?
Well, opposite of what you may believe, many useful exercises that gives off height growth hormones don’t include stretching. What you should do instead is to put your focus on exercise routines that zeros in on strengthening your muscles.
This will do two things: it will improve your appearance, as well as promote bone strength as your weight increases.
